Our very own Yanika Reiter, Biosecurity Advisor here at KVH, was first runner up last night at the 2022 Bay of Plenty Young Grower competition.
This was an incredible achievement, and we couldn’t be prouder or more delighted for our team-mate. As well as her placing, Yanika won the speech competition, fertiliser application round, and biosecurity round.
Congratulations to all eight contestants, especially Laura Schultz from Trevelyans, the winner on the night, and Emily Woods from Apata who came in third. The competition day and gala dinner were both wonderful displays of regional talent and expertise.
