Seen something unusual? MAKE A REPORT
Capability building, training, and planning are all well underway as the industry builds its new Emergency Response Management (ERM) framework.
With KVH newly at the helm in this space, operational capability across the industry has been identified and trained in simulations, aimed at ensuring there is expertise ready to jump in, in the event of a significant adverse event that affected vine health on-orchard.
We have one big industry event cementing this and you’re invited. Taking place for a full day Wednesday 30 October at Club Mount, all are welcome to join our interactive scenario, learning more about how we would all work together to respond to an extreme weather event.
Behind the scenes, development is also almost complete for response plans, templates, and resources, which will all be used by teams within the response headquarters (the KVH office) and out in affected regions to share information with growers and the growing community on-orchard in the event of a response being initiated.
