UPL, the suppliers of Aureo Gold, last week recalled a batch of the product (X802F4), and are running further testing on all Aureo Gold stock to check that it's in specification.

At this stage they don't have a date when stock will be available, but testing will take at least three weeks.

Zespri recommends growers hold off using any stock you have (including if it's from a different batch) until advised otherwise.

Organic growers have the option of using copper (although note that the annual limit for active copper is now reduced to 3kg/ha), while up till flowering conventional growers have a wider range of products to choose from. Check the Crop Protection Standard for options and rates.
