Biosecurity Business Pledge providing governance resources

KVH are proudly part of the Biosecurity Business Pledge, and members are coming together shortly for a virtual forum launching new developed biosecurity governance guidelines for Boards and CEOs.

The Pledge is a partnership that helps all New Zealand business be proactive about their biosecurity practices and at the upcoming event some of New Zealand’s most renowned business leaders will discuss challenges for biosecurity and opportunities for working together.

Speakers on the day will include James Trevelyan and Peter McBride, both well known to kiwifruit growers, as well as Anna Cassels-Brown from Auckland International Airport. They will be sharing their perspectives on the importance of having robust conversations at the top table and in leadership teams to manage biosecurity risks. They will also share their reflections on how previous responses, including Covid-19, have shaped how they now think about ensuring their business is ready for future major events and disruptions.
