The kiwifruit industry has a new video star in Whanganui grower and orchard manager, Richard Wells, who features in our latest biosecurity champion’s video. Richard is also one of our KVH regional coordinators.

KVH recently visited Richard and his welcoming family at their Mangamahu orchard, where biosecurity is part of everyday routine. In the video, Richard shares how growing kiwifruit has been a way of life for his family and many others in the region for years. He highlights how putting best biosecurity practices in place daily helps protect orchards from exotic pests and diseases.
