We look forward to seeing you at the KVH Annual General Meeting (AGM) this Thursday. If you’re not able to make it in person, please don’t forget to complete your voting papers and return them to KVH.

Your grower pack (delivered in the mail) includes voting papers and all the proposed resolutions, including explanatory information and material.

One resolution relates to liquidating the KVH Foundation, so that KVH will only operate under one legal entity; The KVH Incorporated Society. Also included is a recommendation of the rate of the National Pest Management Plan and Biosecurity levies for the 2018 year.

Copies are also available on the KVH website, along with full financial statements.

Once completed, please return your voting papers to KVH by email or fax, or by hand delivery before or at the AGM. To return papers by email please contact [email protected]. The number for returning papers by fax is 07 574 7591.
