This image is a bit like a game of Where’s Wally ….. can you spot the men cutting tracks? There are two of them – and they’re both over 6ft tall!

Contractors in the eastern Bay of Plenty, who were out in the Matahi Valley, Te Urewera, as part of our wild kiwifruit management programme, recently sent the image in.

KVH works collaboratively with regional councils and landowners to manage wild kiwifruit populations and abandoned orchards to reduce bioseucrity risk. The programme has been in place for many years – read more and see images from past and present control efforts on our website here.
