Last chance to register for Tauranga’s biosecurity symposium

There are spots remaining at the annual Tauranga Moana symposium, showcasing biosecurity in action.

Presenting at the event will be Stuart Anderson (Deputy Director General, Biosecurity New Zealand), Rob McGowan (Pa Ropata, Rongoā Māori Practitioner) and Dr Melanie Mark-Shadbolt (Co Founder and Trustee, Te Tira Whakamātaki).

There will also be two keynote speakers, Dr Cath Duthie (Readiness Group Manager, Biosecurity New Zealand) discussing ‘foot and mouth disease: are we ready for Aotearoa's biggest biosecurity risk?’ and Nicola Toki (CE, Forest & Bird) will share thoughts on our unique opportunity for strengthening protection measures for our environment.

The day includes a networking lunch and there is no cost to attend.
