The proposed resolution to liquidate the KVH Foundation Incorporated was confirmed and passed at the Special General Meeting on Tuesday morning.

The liquidation completes the process of Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated and the KVH Foundation Incorporated moving to a single legal entity under the Government Industry Agreement (GIA) - Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated - that represents the kiwifruit industry.

From here, liquidators will be appointed to formally dissolve the Foundation and complete all associated necessary legal requirements.
