KVH will hold a Psa-V spring industry meeting on Wednesday 2 September from 3pm-5pm at the Orchard Church in Te Puke and growers are encouraged to attend.
While Psa progression has slowed over the 2015 growing, spring is a high-risk season and a timely reminder to growers to keep up to date with the latest developments in R&D and Psa orchard management.
Joel Vanneste (P&FR), Barry O’Neil (KVH), Elaine Gould and Greg Clarke (Zespri) will present at the meeting.
Joel works closely with the industry to understand and provide advice around resistance management which is a focus for the industry this year.
Elaine and Greg will give an update on the KVH and Zespri R&D programme along with advice around pre-flowering trunk girdling and an update on the product testing programme.
Topics include:
Light refreshments will be provided following the meeting, providing a good networking opportunity.
