Welcome Max

Last week we welcomed Max McDonald to the KVH team, as our new Systems Coordinator.

Max’s role is to support KVH’s IT infrastructure and provide data and mapping support to the team, as well as create practical new tools and systems for KVH that can be used to help provide online services to growers – particularly around traceability.

His experience is in several specialist IT fields, including programming, web development, networking, database management and quality assurance testing.

Before joining KVH, Max most recently privately tutored tertiary students in IT fundamentals and has also tutored Maths and English.

Outside of the workplace, Max is settling into Tauranga after recently returning to the region from Auckland and has been involved with the Down Syndrome community for many years as part of his extensive caring work.
