You’ve heard of the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (BMSB), right? What about Myrtle Rust or the Northern Pacific Seastar?

These are just a few of the pests and diseases that pose a great threat to our biggest growing region if they were to enter Aotearoa and spread.

This is why the Tauranga Moana Biosecurity Capital initiative has put together a fun quiz that teaches kids all about these potential threats and how to recognise them. But the fun isn’t just for the kids - Tauranga Moana Biosecurity Capital would love for our community to get involved and test our knowledge!
